INSTRUCTIONS:
To iron on a patch, start by cleaning the garment and preheating your iron to the highest cotton setting with no steam. Next, remove the white backing, position the patch, and cover it with a pressing cloth. Press firmly with the iron for 15–30 seconds, then turn the item inside out and iron the back of the patch for another 15–30 seconds. Finally, let the area cool completely to set the glue, and consider sewing the edges if you want the patch to be extra secure.
